5/5 - Natalie and her team were excellent the entire stay. They remained in communication and were very responsive if needed. The unit itself (the Fendi Suite) was beautiful with a perfect balcony (including a table with chairs and a daybed that directly views the ocean on a high floor). As someone who has stayed at this hotel before, renting at 1 Homes with Natalie has much better benefits than just the hotel on its own.
